Ramos Consulting Firm, LLC provides consulting services in the areas (s) of Crime Prevention, Compliance Regulation, Legal Services, Business Management, and Training. Our services are provided on a contract basis and customized to meet each client's specific needs.

Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of our Services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information as requested.

• Make decisions and provide approvals promptly.

• Respect agreed-upon schedules, including deadlines for deliverables and payments.

 

Fees and Payment Terms

Our fees are outlined in each client agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• Payment is due within three days of the invoice date.

• Non-payment may result in the Termination of Services until payment is received.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information. Ramos Consulting Firm LLC will not disclose client information without written consent unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property created or provided by Ramos Consulting Firm, LLC during the Services remains the property of Ramos Consulting Firm, LLC, unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients may not distribute, reproduce, or use materials without explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ramos Consulting Firm, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

• In any case, Ramos Consulting Firm, LLC's total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the Services provided.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the Services with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for completed work shall be paid immediately.

 

Changes to Terms

Ramos Consulting Firm, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Texas.
